02. Payments & Pricing
All prices are stated in Euro (€). Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal or invoice provided for each project. We reserve the right to request an upfront deposit before starting work.
03. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all materials created by Webwaker (including designs, code, visuals, and text) remain the intellectual property of Webwaker until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership rights are transferred as agreed in the project scope.
04. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide all necessary content, access, and information in a timely manner.
Respond to communication and provide approvals or feedback within reasonable timeframes.
05. Revisions & Scope
Revisions are included as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
06. Liability & Disclaimers
We do our best to deliver high-quality work, but we are not liable for:
Any loss of business or revenue due to delays, bugs, or interruptions.
Third-party service issues (such as hosting or plugins).
Legal compliance of content provided by the client.
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
07. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, work completed up to the termination point must be paid in full.
08. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Webwaker is registered. For international clients, disputes will be resolved in accordance with international commercial law standards.
09. Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. You are advised to review this page periodically.
